Welcome to Barkers wood designs here is a little bit of information about the person behind the name and what we do.
My name is Wayne Barker I was born and grew up in South Africa I have always had a passion for woodworking, as an adult I moved to the UK and over time learning new techniques and combining my passion for woodworking I started designing and creating handmade bespoke furniture. I use all types of solid wood and each and every piece is selected by myself to insure the best quality. All of my furniture is handcrafted and unique to your specifications most of my furniture is made from wood and epoxy resin to create beautiful bespoke pieces.
